House Proud by Holly came about as a side hustle to support my young family. I am a registered nurse and mother to one beautiful toddler. I am passionate about providing a service that lifts the weight from your busy schedule. As a busy mum myself, I know how demanding life can be sometimes. Let me lessen that load for you by providing an exceptional service that leaves your home with a calming and prideful presence.
House Proud by Holly services areas extending from North Brisbane suburbs to the Sunshine Coast. Contact me to find out if I am able to travel to your area. Typical areas of servicing would include (but are not limited to) Chermside, Bald Hills, Strathpine, Redcliffe, North Lakes, Narangba, Caboolture, Morayfield, Bribie Island and more!
I am committed to using non-toxic products that still provide excellent quality cleanliness, but lessen the toxic load on your household.
I am an insured provider, with a current police check. Your safety and the cleanliness of your home is my priority.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. A cancellation within the 24 hour notice period may incur a cancellation fee.

Payments are due within 7 days of service. Payments can be made either via PayID, card, bank transfer or cash.
Late payments may incur a fee.

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property. Dogs must be secured safely to ensure the safety of the cleaner.
If there is not safe or timely access to the property, a call out fee may be applied.

Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for the cleaner to work in, ensuring removal of dangerous objects or substances from the home. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous.
We respect the health and safety of our clients by following safe cleaning practices and using non-toxic products.

House Proud by Holly is fully ensured by public liability insurance.
We take the utmost care in our practices.
In the unlikely event of damage, please notify us within 12 hours of the clean.
House Proud by Holly is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items in a fragile/unstable nature.

We hope that you will always be satisfied with the thoroughness of your clean, however if you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve it. Your satisfaction is our priority.
